Last updated: October 11, 2026

Provider: WP Media Plus · VAT IT05807520969 · support@wpmediaplus.com
1. The Service
WP Media Plus is a WordPress media-management plugin. The Free edition may be used without a paid license. Pro features require an active Personal, Freelancer, or Agency subscription as described on our pricing page. Plugin source code is licensed under GPL-2.0-or-later; commercial use of Pro features requires a valid subscription.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service, violate these Terms, or compromise security.
3. Licenses & seats
- Paid plans unlock Pro features for the number of production websites (seats) included in your plan.
- Staging and local environments (for example localhost,
*.local,*.test, and common staging hosts) do not consume seats. - License keys must not be shared publicly or used beyond your seat entitlement.
- Licensed installs may receive updates from our updates endpoint while the subscription is active.
4. Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed annually through our payment processor (Stripe), unless otherwise stated at checkout. Prices are shown on the website and may change for future renewals with notice on the pricing page or via email. Taxes may apply depending on your location. See also our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems, other customers’ data, or license infrastructure.
- Resell, lease, or redistribute Pro license keys in violation of seat limits.
- Use the Service to send spam, malware, or unlawful content.
- Interfere with Service availability or security.
6. AI features (BYOK)
Optional AI features use API keys you supply (Bring Your Own Key). Those keys and AI traffic go to the providers you configure. You are responsible for complying with each provider’s terms and for any costs they charge you. We do not guarantee third-party AI output quality or availability.
7. Intellectual property
Website branding, documentation, and non-GPL materials remain our property. The plugin PHP/JS code is distributed under GPL-2.0-or-later as shipped in the package.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for data loss on your WordPress sites.
10. Privacy
Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
